Atom Files is a fast, accountless way to send large files. Your browser encrypts a file before it leaves your device, creates a private link, and lets the recipient begin downloading while the upload is still arriving.
We built it because private file transfer should not require an account, an advertising profile, or permission to turn your activity into somebody else's business model.
But “free” infrastructure is never actually free. Storage, bandwidth, security work, and reliable software all cost money. A service can recover that cost through surveillance and ads, or it can ask its community directly. We choose the community.
Your contribution covers Canadian storage, delivery bandwidth, and the engineering needed to keep encrypted file transfer available to the next person who needs it—whether or not they can contribute.
