Terms & fair use.
Short version: use Atom Files the way it's meant to be used, and it stays free for everyone, including you next time.
Fair use
Atom Files is free to use for personal and normal business transfers, cloud transfers up to 1 TB per file. It is not a substitute for permanent storage, bulk hosting, or automated/scripted transfers. We may throttle, delay, or ask you to stop if usage looks abusive or puts the service at risk for other users.
Acceptable content
Do not use Atom Files to send anything illegal, infringing, malicious (malware, exploits), or intended to harass or defraud. We do not review file contents, but we will remove access to a transfer and may report it if we are made aware of a violation.
Tips are voluntary
Tips help cover storage costs and keep the service free for everyone. They are optional, non-refundable, and do not create a subscription, priority support, or any change in service.
No warranty
Atom Files is provided as-is. We aim for reliable delivery within the stated retention window, but we do not guarantee uptime, delivery, or that a transfer will be available for its full retention period. Keep your own backup of anything important.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continuing to use Atom Files after a change means you accept the updated terms. See our privacy policy for how we handle your data.
